LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION..
Want to keep healthy and active, reduce aches and niggles and become flexible and stronger?
If the answer is yes, you are in the right place!
My name is Matt Fox and I am the owner of Physiocore based at Bowdon Hockey Club in Altrincham.
Myself and a team of Physiotherapists deliver a group-based class which has elements of Yoga and Pilates, combined to help future proof your body.
My passion is keeping people active and healthy for life and helping their bodies perform at their best.
Classes are term time only, so I can spend time with my boys Ben and Will, my wife Caroline and our very energetic dog Bella!
I am just trying to get back into a good fitness routine after being diagnosed with breast cancer 7 months ago.
Matt was really supportive and emphasised that I should just do as much as I felt comfortable with.
I have done a lot of Pilates in the past and I enjoyed the Pilates vibe that Matt’s class had. I really loved the balance work on the roller and ball, although it was challenging.
I would thoroughly recommend anyone to give the trial class a go, its a friendly and relaxed class
